Ute Achilles-Klotz

graduated as a librarian from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Hanover in 1983. She then worked as a librarian in Hildesheim (In-Service Teacher Training College of Lower Saxony) and Kiel (Central Library of Economic Sciences).

She has worked in the library of the Georg Eckert Institute since 1991, where she has been in charge of cataloguing foreign textbooks.
