Sabrina Keit

M.A., studied political science, contemporary history, modern German literature and media studies at the University of Kiel from 2004 to 2008, specialising in European integration and international organisations as well as questions of regional history and history didactics.
During her studies, Sabrina Keit worked as a student assistant for Karl Heinrich Pohl, Professor of History Didactics, and was the coordinator of a museum project. Her MA dissertation, ‘Effective Multilaterism or Effective Window Dressing?’ addresses cooperation between the United Nations and the European Union using the example of the Congo Missions.

Following the completion of her MA, Sabrina Keit worked as an intern at the German Historical Institute, Washington, D.C. for several months. She was then employed as a research fellow, primarily in a teaching capacity, by the department of regional history of the University of Kiel from May 2009 until March 2010.

She has been a research fellow at the Georg Eckert Institute since February 2010.
