Anette Uphoff

graduated as a librarian for scientific libraries from the Training College for Librarians of the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia/Cologne in 1980. She then worked as a librarian in the library of the University of Paderborn, as well as in the library and in the archive of the city of Braunschweig.
 
She has worked as a librarian at the Georg Eckert Institute since 1995, where she has been in charge of the collection of new German textbooks and she has been supervising the information service for the library's users.

She has been acting Head of Library since 2010.
