Binh Hoang, Graduate Engineer (University of Applied Sciences), studied instrument technology from 1980 to 1985 at the Ilmenau University of Technology. He has worked in the IT sector since 1999. From 2000 to 2013 he was employed as an IT coordinator in an American company specialising in medical technology.
