MoreThe Series 'Eckert. Expertise' was launched in 2012 to provide a channel for the publication of expert opinions, recommendations and other studies relevant to practice and based in research.
MoreThe Journal of Educational Media, Memory and Society (JEMMS) is the Institute’s journal, which is published by Berghahn Journals, Oxford/New York. It provides a forum for findings from educational media research and also addresses broader cultural studies questions.

MorePolicy Briefs provide information on the work of the Institute in a concise (two to four pages) and simple format for educational policy makers as well as for the media and members of wider society interested in education themes.
MoreThe 'Eckert. Beiträge' series appears exclusively online and presents findings from educational media research. Each paper is peer-reviewed by two independent academics.
More'Eckert. Dossiers' is an online series that publishes conference papers, working papers and interim results with a short turnaround time yet still with editorial quality control. Sonstige Studien (Other studies) includes older series ('Eckert. Working Papers' und 'Eckert. Analysen') as well as open access articles by the GEI that have not been published in other GEI publications.
MoreEckert. Bulletin was a brochure published annually until 2016 that brought the work of the Institute to an academic audience as well as the wider public.
