This media station presents important facts and figures about the Leibniz Institute for Educational Media | Georg Eckert Institute in eight sections. It begins with a text animation that shows the Institute’s mission statement – a commitment to ensuring that future generations are brought up with open minds, able to reflect on their attitudes and beliefs and embrace responsibility and democracy, as well as a common international understanding. Following that, we explain the organisational structure of the Institute using a clickable organigram. Another section takes a closer look at the Institute’s membership within the Leibniz Association. Numbers and statistics have been prepared and presented with four focuses: the library, our personnel, finances and IT. And finally we make a connection between the structure of the Leibniz Association as a whole and our Braunschweig institute.
