Virtual tour through the Institute

On a virtual tour through the buildings of the GEI campus, we encounter employees from all departments and areas of work at the Institute. In video interviews, more than 30 people provide information about their work, and about the collaboration inside our Institute and with external partners in Germany and internationally. The GEI collaborates worldwide with research institutions, libraries, schools, publishing houses and civil society organisations. Joint research projects within the Leibniz Society are just as much a part of these networked activities as textbook, educational media and digitisation projects worldwide are. The people involved talk about these topics in a varied and vivid manner. We get an insight into the issues of scientific projects as well as into the everyday life of the institute, from administration to IT. The contributions can be found in the rooms photographed with a 360-degree camera, in which visitors can navigate and choose what they want to find out about.
