Patrycja Czerwińska

From 2016 to 2020 Patrycja Czerwińska was a research assistant in the Knowledge in Transition department of the Georg Eckert Institute, working on the German-Polish History Textbook  project ‘Europe – Our History’. In 2021 she became a research fellow and joined the team of the European Forum for Reconciliation and Cooperation in History and Social Sciences Education.

Patrycja Czerwińska studied German language and literature with a focus on literary studies at the University of Wrocław/Breslau, German as a foreign language: cultural transmission at the Freie Universität Berlin and Intercultural Studies: Germany and Poland in Europe at Kiel University (CAU). She completed placements at the Willy Brandt Center for German and European Studies at the University of Wrocław/Breslau and in the Zentrum für Historische Forschung der Polnischen Akademie der Wissenschaften in Berlin. She also works as a lecturer for German as a foreign language.
